Vehicle detailing for the puchased paint and interior I brought our 2019 F350 down for the interior and paint detailing work that was part of the extended warranty package. Dave had a loaner ready if I needed it, I told him I had a set of plans I was douing a take off and was there a large table I could use. He checked and found one up front next to the customer waiting area. I was able to work on my plans while the truck was being serviced,. He came out a couple of time to give me an update and asked if I neded anything. Truck came out looking great inside and out. Look like they even buffed out the truck cap I had on it. I got what I was looking for. The people I dealt with were wonderful people dedicated to great service. But, the dealership is in need of Big-Time help. The showroom is terrible with only three cars on display. It is very unattractive and doesn't make a good statement about Ford. No privacy for salespeople as the desks are crammed together. And the salespeople should dress a little better. They are good people but do little to upgrade the image of the dealership. Most important I got the car I wanted. More

Pricing I went in for a oil change and tire rotation. I also had a leaking tire. If something is that courageously priced maybe the customer should be asked if they want it done. More

I am not a happy camper dealing with buying any vehicle. The salesman made a critical mistake thinking the car we were looking at was AWD and it turned out to be TW. The car they moved us up to was not what The salesman made a critical mistake thinking the car we were looking at was AWD and it turned out to be TW. The car they moved us up to was not what we wanted but if it can be fixed, (The problem maybe tire balance.) Things might turn out OK. They have all new people there and cannot do body work. So that might impact future stops there. Also we miss the old crew which I guess they fired. That is business. One, like me, always question what we are paying for and if it is the right price. Too many car salesmen stories over many years.. I suspect they'll do well but they are following an old family dealership which we all trusted and felt well taken care of there. More
