Friendly and helpful I went in to service my lease and left with a new rig. I found Duane to be very informative and he listened to my needs. I still had a few months left on my lease and wasn't sure what I was going to do when it was up, but he answered all my questions with candid honesty making me feel comfortable to continue leasing with them. I love my new 2019 Escape and excited to be working with the great staff at Lebanon Ford. More

F150 Lariat oil change and xxR differential service The service representative kept me informed of the progress and offered pricing and explanation of additional services beyond the original service. Unfortunately I do not remember the young gentleman's name but have to say he did a great job. The mechanic also came to speak with me about items he found on the multi-point inspection and offered guidance and expected times to repair. Again very impressed. More
