30,000 mile check up Service was super easy. to set up appointment was easy. Drop off is easy. Customer service and explanation was great Oil change,transmission oil change,and all air filters. Parts came to $100. Service charge $200. I personally can do an oil change on my car in 15 minutes. I am not sure the time requirements to change transmission fluid and air filters. But $200 for labor seems excessive. More

Overall it was a great first experience buying a car and I would definitely go back if I wanted another Ford when it's time for another new car. Highly recommend! More

I was lied to The salesperson, Jordan Eastman could not have been more professional and nicer. I spent 3 hours getting the truck I wanted at the right price. However, going into the back room with the finance person was a nightmare. John Davis, the finance person gave me a rate of 8.34% of which he said Ford Credit set the rate. I spoke to Ford Credit and they old me it was the dealers who set the rate. I have a level 1 credit rating and a 743 credit score . I picked the dealership out because of great past service on my Ford truck. Unfortunately because of this experience with the finance person, they missed out on $1400 of extras and I will never use them for service of to purchase another truck. I have bought 5 Ford trucks and have never been dealt like this before with a finance manager. Not only was he untruthful, he was unprofessional and I think he should be fired. Everyone was so great only to get mistreated in the end. Do remember, there was another dealer holding the same truck and I came to Lebanon. What a mistake. More
