He was very professional and calmed me down and kept me informed for the rest of the day as he had done the day before. Called me and sent a Lyft as soon as the car was ready. After requesting the same persistent issue of no audio, no sound in my vehicle from blinkers to phone calls to Bluetooth to anything it’s been two years and multiple attempts with no progress and it feels no sound in my vehicle from blinkers to phone calls to Bluetooth to anything it’s been two years and multiple attempts with no progress and it feels as if they don’t believe me even after sending video of the problem the service center repeatedly says they’ll call me back or get back to me with more information. They kept no notes of all of the times that I requested the issue be dealt with and, essentially didn’t believe my diagnosis but did nothing to try and resolve it. This is now out of warranty because they didn’t deal with it couldn’t address it. More
