Does not stand behind dealer installed accessories. I was informed by Nucar that accessories had a 2 year warranty. I arrived to have tonneau cover repaired/replaced and was then informed that it wou I was informed by Nucar that accessories had a 2 year warranty. I arrived to have tonneau cover repaired/replaced and was then informed that it would not be covered because I was over 36,000 miles. The 2 year warranty I was given false info. Had I been given the right info, I would have had the problem addressed before 36000 miles. I waited because i was told I had 2 years. Bad information and they refused to stand behind their word. He was very professional and calmed me down and kept me informed for the rest of the day as he had done the day before. Called me and sent a Lyft as soon as the car was ready.
