Disappointing service experience The part required for a recall repair was not in stock and I was not told this when I dropped my car off. I had specifically asked if the part was in The part required for a recall repair was not in stock and I was not told this when I dropped my car off. I had specifically asked if the part was in stock when I made the appointment and was told that it was. Since my car was already tied up for the day I asked them to check and repair another issue and to do the annual inspection that was due. I was dismayed when I was notified three hours later that the recall work was not done and that I have to wait more than a week for it to come in and then be without my car for another day. The people involved did not acknowledge their error or offer any apologies. More

All parties I have dealt with have been very professional and courteous. I feel like they all go "the extra mile" to make sure I am happy with my visits and the work that has been done on my vehicle. I want to especially comment on the the Service people who have been most helpful...........Arnie, Lisa, Jim and Dennis who I have dealt with for over the last 5 plus years. They represent the Clay organization very well.... they are always honest and extremely helpful and do their best to make sure I am happy with the service. . More

Service Work I had my 2011 Hyundai Sonata in for service last week and was told that I needed rear tires in order for my car to pass inspection. Had the car inspected yesterday and guess what it passed and was told I would need tires but not until September or October. Why should I return to have any work done on my car? More
