Boch Chevrolet Service above and beyond I recently purchased a vehicle and needed to have a dent fixed. I met the subcontractor who scheduled a day which worked for both of us. Upon arriving I recently purchased a vehicle and needed to have a dent fixed. I met the subcontractor who scheduled a day which worked for both of us. Upon arriving, Arnie went above and beyond to make sure my experience was good. He brought the loaner vehicle, called and reported status, and then brought my fixed vehicle to me after service. Disappointing service experience The part required for a recall repair was not in stock and I was not told this when I dropped my car off. I had specifically asked if the part was in The part required for a recall repair was not in stock and I was not told this when I dropped my car off. I had specifically asked if the part was in stock when I made the appointment and was told that it was. Since my car was already tied up for the day I asked them to check and repair another issue and to do the annual inspection that was due. I was dismayed when I was notified three hours later that the recall work was not done and that I have to wait more than a week for it to come in and then be without my car for another day. The people involved did not acknowledge their error or offer any apologies. More
