Good Service Laura has been very attentive to my concerns about my car. Now I am waiting to hear from her concerning my struts on my car. I picked up my car on Friday morning, the tech wrote on the paper work that my struts were leaking but later on the same document, he wrote that the struts were okay. I disagree. The dealership had to replace my struts in 2011 a couple of months after I had bought the car. I believe that the struts need replacing while under the warranty. So far, my water pump and my steering rank have been replaced under the warranty. It makes a great deal of sense to replace GM struts under warranty. If this last request is made good, I will feel good better about my experience. More
This was an excellent expeience I had gone for oil change and brake service. The service representative Laura Lariviere was very courteous and helpful. She was very realistic about the time and applied the coupons that Boch had mailed me She showed concern and made me feel very comfortable. She had checked me during my previous visit. I would have included 10 stars for if you had those. She is an excellent person to deal with customers. More

Boch Chevrolet Service above and beyond I recently purchased a vehicle and needed to have a dent fixed. I met the subcontractor who scheduled a day which worked for both of us. Upon arriving I recently purchased a vehicle and needed to have a dent fixed. I met the subcontractor who scheduled a day which worked for both of us. Upon arriving, Arnie went above and beyond to make sure my experience was good. He brought the loaner vehicle, called and reported status, and then brought my fixed vehicle to me after service. He was really pleasant to deal with and extremely customer focused. More

Disappointing service experience The part required for a recall repair was not in stock and I was not told this when I dropped my car off. I had specifically asked if the part was in stock when I made the appointment and was told that it was. Since my car was already tied up for the day I asked them to check and repair another issue and to do the annual inspection that was due. I was dismayed when I was notified three hours later that the recall work was not done and that I have to wait more than a week for it to come in and then be without my car for another day. The people involved did not acknowledge their error or offer any apologies. More

All parties I have dealt with have been very professional and courteous. I feel like they all go "the extra mile" to make sure I am happy with my visits and the work that has been done on my vehicle. I want to especially comment on the the Service people who have been most helpful...........Arnie, Lisa, Jim and Dennis who I have dealt with for over the last 5 plus years. They represent the Clay organization very well.... they are always honest and extremely helpful and do their best to make sure I am happy with the service. . More
