Good visit, as always Went in for oil change and brought to the Customer Rep's attention that there may be a slow leak in a rear tire. Oil change finished and the tire was Went in for oil change and brought to the Customer Rep's attention that there may be a slow leak in a rear tire. Oil change finished and the tire was taken off, and found the stem was leaking. The tire was taken off, broken down and new stem installed and I was on my way to work with 'peace of mind' More

Fabulous Service Great job Guys and Gals at Bock Chevy. I left my car off to have brakes replaced, oil change and other items to be taken care of. I did think a sizabl Great job Guys and Gals at Bock Chevy. I left my car off to have brakes replaced, oil change and other items to be taken care of. I did think a sizable bill was coming my way and it was understood. These things need to be done. The bill I got was for sizable less than what I thought. Brakes were fine just needed a small adjustment. Service performed a recall repair which I was not aware of and they made sure my car was cleaned. nice job by all but more importantly Laura as my service adviser was extremely capable and competent. Ernie Bock should sleep well at night knowing these people on the front lines are doing their job and getting it done the way it is suppose to be done. With HONESTY . Thanks, Tom More
