If at first you don't succeed...try again I brought in my Tahoe for a routine oil change and tire rotation, and asked that my front lights be checked because I keep getting stopped being told I brought in my Tahoe for a routine oil change and tire rotation, and asked that my front lights be checked because I keep getting stopped being told one of my lights is out. Interestingly enough, whenever I would put my vehicle in Park and get out to check the lights all of my lights were on. Nonetheless, I knew there was a problem. I explained this to the Service Advisor and I was told it would take at least 1 hour to run a diagnostic on the lights. No problem. After about one and one-half hours I was told one of my headlight bulbs was on its way out. I gave permission to replace both bulbs. Finally, after spending just shy of 4 hours at the dealership I leave to take care of business befor the snow/ice/rain arrived. As I pulled up to my next destination I can see the reflection of my truck in the glass front building. To my surprise, my front right marker light is out. Didn't I just pay $326.38 for a diagnostic on my front lights/labor/2 light bulbs? I had to turn around and go back to the dealership to call to their attention my issue. Of course, once I got inside the service drop off area all of the front lights are on. Another employee (possibly a mechanic) happened to be in the area so he had me pull back outside and mess with the lights (turn them off/on). He eventually realized that my daytime running lights had the faulty bulb. Although it was a quick fix after the problem was finally identified, I wasn't happy that I had to go back to fix something that I thought was already fixed. As a courtesy I wasn't charged for marker light bulb. :-| I have always been treated good at the dealership so I won't let this one incident completely spoil my view so I give this visit an overall 3 out of 5 stars. More
