Did the job the other dealer did not Got a notice from GM as to issue with starter in my 2017 SIlverado. Took it to dealer where I bought the truck and was told all was ok after about 30 Got a notice from GM as to issue with starter in my 2017 SIlverado. Took it to dealer where I bought the truck and was told all was ok after about 30 minutes and then they tried to sell me an oil change. Got another autimated notice from GM that issue was still there. Took it to Boch and they actually called GM and worked through issue with the end result being my getting a new starter at no cost because of warranty More
Long but worth it I brought my 2014 Elantra in for 52000 mile maintenance. Everything was checked out, plus a problem or two that I hadn’t been aware of. Service experience Spoke with service rep few months ago about low tires he recommended putting air in all tires, said it could be do to cold weather I called again thi Spoke with service rep few months ago about low tires he recommended putting air in all tires, said it could be do to cold weather I called again this week spoke with woman she recommended I bring vehicle in to have service tech look at When I arrived I was greeted by rep who was very friendly and knowledgeable and said tech would look at vehicle while I waited The service rep came back to inform me my rims needed grinding then glue and tires will be remounted Cost $285 I was able to contact my regular dealership in NH and they said happens a lot with new england weather I left vehicle over night I got call next day vehicle ready and went back late in day to pick up When I arrived No one greeted me, too busy on their phones I went up to one of the counters and said I'm here to pick up my vehicle He got invoice papers and told me the cost would be more than quoted I asked why and he said services charges and taxes I said I was quoted $285 nothing else And I don't know what services charges are for or taxes on what He said he would get original rep to speak with me Service rep did come and said they always have services charges and taxes I said you quoted $285.and never said anything about services charges or taxes He did go and speak with manager and I ended up paying $285 as quoted I did say hopefully next time you let customer know there maybe other charges And no response I did leave saying have a good night but no one responded More

I was told tire air pressure would be checked along with several other points "for free" (I say, included in the cost). They used to wash your car after any service when this dealership was Clay Chevrolet. Such a nice touch. For about 2 years, since it has been Boch,, sadly, this customer pleasing effort has no longer been provided. The waiting area at Boch Hyundai is okay. But it's not as nice as Clay Chevrolet which was at this same shared location and which had provided a large variety of free hot beverages, bottled water, fresh, delicious cookies and a massage chair. More

I paid over 100. dollars for services on a vehicle that I leased through Boch Chevrolet and you’d think as a loyal customer you’d at least offer some incentive for me to return since I can get the exact same services at Jiffy Lube for about 3/4 the cost. Back when you were Tom Chevrolet, your staff would vacuum the driver’s and front passenger side floors and I believe they also had a car wash bay as well where they’d offer a complimentary car wash. More
