If I could give this dealership a 0 star review I would. I had an appointment set for a certain time and was told they would call me with a diagnosis that afternoom or to tell me my truck was done. Fast forward 72 hours without a vehicle my truck still wasn’t looked at and no one had reached out with any sort of explanation or to offer a rental. When I finally reached a manager he told me he would take care of it and provide an interior detial for my troubles. Which I would assume would be standard anyway after investigating a leaking sunroof on ‘22 truck. When I picked up my vehicle a week later my truck not only didn’t have a detail which was promised but it was covered in snow and ice which I had to clean off myself. More

I brought my truck in for service. The engine was running rough and also idling kind of rough. I told them a code came up for #5 spark plug and they saw the same when they plugged in. After waiting almost 2 hrs while they ran tests it came back that the cam shaft and surrounding parts were bad. I couldn't believe a truck with 45k miles would have a bad cam shaft. I had to pay over $100 for basically telling me it would cost over $9k to fix it. I then left and the next day I put a new plug and wire in #5. The truck runs like new again. I have always done my own maint. but, I thought this time I'd let the pros do it since it is a 2014 truck. Imagine if I didn't know how to fix it! Very disappointed in the Boch Chevy team. The only plus was the service advisor Jimmy who was understanding and friendly. More

Main reason why I go. Bought the car there when it was Clay. Yvonne is the saving grace. She always takes care of me and I TRUST her.
