I drove in for my 10:15 oil change appointment - requested online and very convenient - and was immediately met by a greeter who directed me to the service lobby. I was greeted immediately by Mike. requested online and very convenient - and was immediately met by a greeter who directed me to the service lobby. I was greeted immediately by Mike. He checked and noted that I was also due for a tire rotation. I used a service coupon from the coupon book that was given to me when I purchased the vehicle in November of '23. It covered the cost of the oil change, a nice perk in this era of $80 + oil changes. Mike gave me a 1 - 1 1/2 hour wait time, and I proceeded to hang out in the nice customer lounge and watch TV, then wander over to the showroom and scope out some new SUVs. Like clockwork, my vehicle was ready at 11:30. Wrapped up with Mike who couldn't have been friendlier, hit Lambert's for a great lunch, and was back in my driveway by 12:15. Perfect. Very pleased.
