He worked tirelessly to get me into my new Cruz that very day!!! (Something that I really hadn't expected to do.) Nick showed me all the features and controls of the Cruz and made sure that I understood how all the features that I was unfamiliar with worked. And when I told him I wanted a sun roof, but the auto I liked best did not have one, Brian said, "No problem," and explained that a sun roof could be built into that car. He and one of Clay's top managers, Ricardo, were courteous, prompt in dealing with me on delivery, re-do for the sun roof and paperwork. Because of these experiences, I intend to keep leasing my cars every three years from Clay Chevrolet, a dealership of quality and a first-rate work force. I was "upside down" in my nissan,and Brian & his manager Ricardo were able to get me on my buget again WITH A NEW CHEVY CRUZE were great experiences! I had been considering the purchase of a new Chevy Equinox for a few months, so on a whim I headed into Clay. We traveled three hours to go to Clay Chevrolet because we received a fast response after we made contact via the internet. We met Brian and he was very knowledgeable, friendly, and very personable. We went on a test drive and it was like going for a ride with an old friend. We decided to purchase the vehicle and Rob took care us for the financial aspect of our purchase. Rob was also very friendly. We were not able to bring the truck home that day so we came back two days later. When we got there, our salesperson, Brian was incredibly ill but came in to make sure our purchase went through smoothly. We were very impressed with his level of dedication to his customers. The entire staff at Clay Chevrolet was incredible. We would definitely recommend to our friends and family that they take the time to drive the three hours to Clay Chevrolet.
