Working with Clay Chevrolet has always been a good experience. Especially in the service department, it has always been a pleasure to deal with Arnie. I have been dealing with him for service since experience. Especially in the service department, it has always been a pleasure to deal with Arnie. I have been dealing with him for service since 1998, except for his 2 short leaves of absence. He is always pleasant, helpful, and knowledgable about service issues. While the other service advisors are very good, I always feel like Arnie treats me like I am the only customer he has. I have never been disappointed with the way he treats me as a customer. Bill Johnson is the man to go to. He is a gentleman and was very patient in helping me understand the problems more clearly. My 2000 Blazer needed a lot of work to help me get thru the next 2 or 3 years, a was very patient in helping me understand the problems more clearly. My 2000 Blazer needed a lot of work to help me get thru the next 2 or 3 years, and Bill was instrumental in getting the repairs done quickly and at a fair price. I had repaired a badly worn driver side door hinge, fixed an oil line leak, replaced a vibrating front wheel hub, cleaned the front ABS sensors (the brake pedal was collapsing), stopped a gas line rattle, re-connected a disconnected fuel tank vapor hose (service engine light was on), replaced a faulty oxygen sensor, (ditto service engine light). Overall, I drove away very pleased with the attention to detail, friendliness and the excellent workmanship given to me and my Chevy Blazer. It just proves you don't need to be a "new" car customer at Clay to receive the benefit of their many years of experience. Thanks you Bill. Ron Siewko More

I purchased a 2011 Chevy Silverado in early February 2012. My sales person was Shawn Frazier. Needless to say, it took me a long time to decide if I wanted to purchase the vehicle (which I loved). Shawn was very patient and told me several times that he knew it was a big decision and that I should take all the time I needed. He answered all questions thoroughly and honestly from the beginning. During the price negotiation, I explained to him what I had to work with financially, and we were able to come to an agreement on a price I was very satisfied with. Thank you Shawn for making it a good experience. I will definitely be returning to Clay Chevrolet as well as recommending it to family and friends. I also worked with Bill Johnson in the service department a few days after the purchase for the installation of bed rail protectors and wheel well liners. Bill was very helpful in gathering information about both and also giving me a good estimate on the total costs. Additionally, the waiting room is was very comfortable. I felt like I could have hung out there happily for an entire day -- but, of course, I didn't have to.
