I appreciate your team upselling me on the extended warranty which noone can provide me information on nor give me their contact information. Please note I purchased this vehicle approximately 6 months ago, yes only 6 months ago and it has 50k miles on it....so you're either selling lemons, not holding the quality of service and products to an expected quality customers should be receiving or truly just do not care about your job and the quality of service you offer. I personally knew there was something causing wear on my tires, 1 week after my scheduled maintenance that your team failed to notice at it's maintenance date and also failed again when I returned a week later stating something was wrong. From there I went to another service center who quickly understood the noise I was hearing was indeed an issue causing wear on my tires. After I brought my car back for a 3rd time your team offered to diagnose my car after I paid, until I spoke with management. Until you can provide actual satisfactory service or support for clients I highly recommend GMC to everyone right next door for all of their car's service needs. More

The repair was done fairly quickly, the repair was done very well and the truck looks like it never was in an accident. It did initially take a while for the dealership to get the parts needed in order to very well and the truck looks like it never was in an accident.
