I was in for an Oil change and the Foc stopped working? I went in for an Oil change and the Fob died and thought I was done but Marc used the secret slot? and started the car. he then reprogrammed the Fob I went in for an Oil change and the Fob died and thought I was done but Marc used the secret slot? and started the car. he then reprogrammed the Fob and it has been working fine since. They were able to fit me in right away and the service technicians worked extremely hard to get my vehicle roadworthy in a really expeditious manner. Those technicians that worked on my car are true experts in their field. Awesome service dept Service dept staff are amazing. They heard the noise I was complaining about, they weren't quite sure what was causing it or where it was coming from Service dept staff are amazing. They heard the noise I was complaining about, they weren't quite sure what was causing it or where it was coming from but they were determined to fix it. They found it, a stupid little bolt on theleft front swaybar was loose. Go figure. Now its noise free. Thank God what a pain it was. I'm so greatful they found the problem. More
