Lisa in the service dept quoted me an estimated time, which let me wander to the Stadium Plaza across the street and pass the time until my Spark would be ready. Just as estimated, the service was completed and the car ready for me to drive off and start my weekend errands. It was simple routine maintenance (Oil Change/Tire Rotation) and a simple part replacement for the recall. They ordered the part when we arranged my oilchange appointment, so it was a quick and simple procedure. I was pleasantly surprised. Lannan's service department made the process quicker and easier than I thought possible. I could not be more satisfied with my service experience. More

Service was good but warrantee info not applied at time of s Service center was not able to locate my Master Tech Warrantee and attemted to charge me full price for the service. I had to go down to the dealersh Service center was not able to locate my Master Tech Warrantee and attemted to charge me full price for the service. I had to go down to the dealership and follow up with the underwriter to get confirmation on my warrantee. This is the 3rd time I have had to go up the ladder to get my warantee applied to my service. Please make a notation on my account regarding my warantee information so this does not happen again in the future. More
