This service department is terrible. The “advisor” did not return calls, did not communicate that they were keeping my truck and left me stranded 45 miles from home. The next day he said The “advisor” did not return calls, did not communicate that they were keeping my truck and left me stranded 45 miles from home. The next day he said that they did not get to my truck because the traffic late in the day would not let them test drive and test my vehicle. More of the same on the second day. I had to show up face to face to get anything out of them. They finally test drove my vehicle and said that they could not see anything wrong. Two full days for a test drive and to check for codes. Do not use this service department. More
