Hi Joe I brought my car was shaking with check engine light was told I could change one coil to get me though for 600 or all for 1700 , I said money was tight so if one would get me through I would do that for now, my car is 2017 and if i didn’t need to do all of them I wouldn’t . Pulled out of the lot that night to drive my son to hockey , check engine went back on and car continued to shake , brought it back in monday and was told I needed all of the coils done as they said thursday, if they said that I would not have spent 600 for nothing they said 1 would get be through but could do all bc they could eventually need to be changed but now quote $2400 , called and complained and asked to speak to service manager said they could do it for 1400 as a “deal” I was quoted 1700 on thursday for all so 1400 plus the 600 i already spent was still 300 more than I was quoted on thursday. I have all the quotes in writing , have called and played phone tag multiple times. Spoke to sales assistant on that monday and was told Dillion charged me for 6 hours work on the thur instead of 2 and this happens all the time and he’s sick of it bc it’s not fair to customers I don’t want him to get in trouble but it’s not ethical to charge people for hours that are not actually put in. Pull the phone calls bc It says you record and this is what I was told . At this point i’ve lost all trust in your company who I have used for years . I would like my money back because my car is exactly the same after $600. They never should have given me that option if one coil was not going to fix it. If I was told that initially I would have never given $600 for nothing. Again please pull all the phone records because that is what I was told and on monday Dillon was trying to change the story. Thank you and I know this is not your fault but if I owned a company I would be horrified at the dishonesty. Thank you. Katie Favreau
