No transparency whatsoever. Highly questionable tactics. Went to Seacoast VW in NH and it worked out fine - transparent. More
I had a purchase agreement for a new Jetta GLI at list price and put a $500 deposit down and waited three weeks for the car only to be told a $1,000 "Market Rate Adjustment" was being tacked on or my cont price and put a $500 deposit down and waited three weeks for the car only to be told a $1,000 "Market Rate Adjustment" was being tacked on or my contract was void. I spoke to Spencer Noyes and he chose not to honor the agreement so I walked away. Worst car buying experience of my lifetime. More
Flawless. Saw the car, test drove the car, bought the car. Everything from start to finish was easy peasy and I’m so thankful the whole endeavor went off without a hitch. car. Everything from start to finish was easy peasy and I’m so thankful the whole endeavor went off without a hitch. More
Horrific communication, slow. You get the classic barrage of computer generated welcome emails then they ghost you. I asked for a video of the car (used) and a week went by with nothing. Then another barrage of computer generated welcome emails then they ghost you. I asked for a video of the car (used) and a week went by with nothing. Then another computer email and I replied asking again for the video…they got back to me later in the day that it sold. Classic. I take it if it isn’t an easy sale they don’t want to work for the sale. More

My wife and I were in the market for a new car, I have always owned Volkswagens because they are great cars. This experience was so awful it almost turned me off to the brand. Our salesman was a portly fellow with the collection of Star Wars chotchkes in his cubicle. He was not very personable nor was he very interested in finding the model that met our needs. In fact, I have met common garden slugs with more personality and get up and go than this stellar individual. My wife and I did all the research and leg work for him and located the car we wanted at another dealer. We gave him the information and asked him to check it out and get it for us. He got back to us and asked us to confirm the color and options, which we did. When we went to pick up the car, it was the wrong color. Our sterling salesman insisted this was the one we wanted. Luckily, I had saved his email that that proved him a fraud. The dealership grudgingly agreed to find the model in the correct color and with the options we wanted. When we went to pick it up, it had obviously sat on a lot somewhere where the finish had gotten damaged, scratched and chipped. At that point, we were done with this surly and useless salesman. Enter Rob Noyes himself. Good old Rob’s idea of quality customer service is to be combative and argumentative. Being a rational fellow, I explained the situation to him and detailed how his salesman was less than forthcoming about certain facts about the vehicle he procured and didn’t seem to give a rat’s xxx if we were satisfied or not. After wrangling with Robbie for forty minutes or so, he finally agreed to “take care of the problem”. Not once did he apologize for his unctuous, dishonest salesman, in fact he defended the guy. The issues were never completely resolved to my satisfaction; I will never buy another car from this outfit. I have met some arrogant xxxxxxxx in my day, but Rob Noyes takes the cake. More

After they called and indicated my 2015 VW beetle classic had a broken coil spring. Specifically asked to PLEASE do a safety inspection of any other fault issues. Quick reply to dump the customer off the phone was to say they've completed the inspection. Well, as to no surprise the vehicle needs to go back for additional work, the vehicle is making loud sound coming from the rear of the car. I've have never had a vehicle come out of service that didn't need to go back for something. More
