Charlie made the process very easy and put my mind at ease answering all questions thoroughly and in a timely manner. I was given a video virtual appointment of the vehicle to supplement the pictures online which helped as I was unable to visit for a test drive. The process was transparent and easy with no hidden costs not listed online. I was allowed a pre-sale inspection performed by a third party to put my mind at ease as to the condition of the vehicle. I flew into Texas from CT to sign the paperwork and drive the vehicle home and when I arrived everything was fully prepared and in order making the process seamless for purchase. I cannot stress enough how much this dealership made my buying experience the best I have ever had. Starting with the quick response after inquiring online about one of their vehicles in their inventory. Bailey was quick to reply to my questions and was super helpful in getting my appointment set for a test drive. I was early to arrive for my appointment, Bailey had an earlier appointment scheduled before me so when I got there, Charlie met me out on the lot as I was viewing their inventory. Having stated to Charlie that I was scheduled to meet with Bailey, he was polite to say he was currently assisting another prospective buyer and he’d be happy to assist me with any questions I might have, also stating he was the GSM of the store. Charlie ended up working with me all the way through to closing the deal on my “new” Jeep. It truly was such a pleasant buying experience and I will most certainly recommend Novak Motors-Bedford to anyone in the market to buy their next vehicle.
