Joel took us right to that vehicle and we were impressed not only with the info he provided, but with the condition of the vehicle itself. And as we looked around the lot, all the vehicles, although used, looked brand new. Joel is a great salesman, very personable, not pushy, and we liked that. They sell only quality used vehicles with clean carfaxes. Less than a week later we are back picking up our new used vehicle. Today we met their finance guy, last name Cramer, who also impressed us with his knowledge and professionalism. General manager, Howard Kletter, completes the package deal, very personable and goes above and beyond to please. We recommend Novak Motors if you are looking for a quality vehicle, low mileage, clean carfax. More

That trust made me call their sales folks when my wife decided to replace her aging minivan. We met with Don, took two models of Jeep and also the Chrysler minivan for a road test. We then put to test Howard's patience asking to provide several financing and trade-in options. And two days later we left Novak's parking lot as happy owners of the 2017 Pacifica. Don arranged all need paperwork with our insurance, Kevin made sure we had two FOBs programmed for the car. They all made purchasing a car to be a pleasant experience.
