Best car buying experience period We stumbled upon Novak Motors through Cargurus. It was about 40 minutes away from the house, but we were impressed by their inventory and prices. I sent a message about a car, and Don Lamperti called me almost immediately. We went and met with Don and looked at the Grand Cherokee we were interested in and it was immaculate as were all their cars that we saw. There was no pressure, no games, and he actually made the experience enjoyable. We have never laughed buying a car before. When we came to pick up the car, we met with Howard and Jeff who made the paperwork and entire transaction a breeze. I would highly recommend Don and the entire staff at Novak and am already planning on going back when it's time for my replacement. Take the trip, its worth it! More
