Excellent experience! Joel was great. Easy to deal with and willing to make a deal to keep things moving. The lifetime power train warranty is a huge plus as is 2 years free oil changes. Great Dealership, Great People, Great Experience! I had been searching online for my vehicle (2017 Dodge Durango R/T) for a few weeks and could not find one with the options I wanted in Pennsylvania. I had been searching online for my vehicle (2017 Dodge Durango R/T) for a few weeks and could not find one with the options I wanted in Pennsylvania. I expanded my search and found exactly what I was looking for at Novak Motors. Ralph Gallina was the salesman who responded to my web inquiry and immediately built a repoir with me as we bantered about being Italian and "paisanos." He explained that the company takes in vehicles coming out of lease and only keeps the best of the best for resale and sends the rest to auction. He wasn't lying. You won't find a "bad" vehicle anywhere on the property. Everyone was an absolute pleasure to deal with, including Jeff in Finance, Howard in managment, and especially the service manager, Kevin Borden. My vehicle had a couple of warranty issues that had been taken care of prior to me purchasing it, and there were two additional issues that I found after picking the vehicle up and driving it for a week that they had corrected for me - no questions asked. The fact that I had to drive 100 miles from Harrisburg, PA wasn't an issue either. They gave me a loaner for a week while my vehicle was being serviced and had it ready for me when promised a week later. Kevin himself took a few moments to vacuum out the vehicle before allowing me to leave, and apologized that it wasn't up to my (or his) standards as far as expected cleanliness (coming out of a dealership). He even promised me a full detail on the vehicle in the Spring which he would coordinate with me for a Saturday when I could also take advantage of one of the 4 free oil changes offered with a vehicle purchase. I will definitely buy from Novak Motors again, and I will recommend friends and family to do the same. More

Eddie(our sales rep) answered all our emails promptly. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, I was greeted by Howard Kletter. He showed me the vehicle and answered any additional questions. All the paperwork was ready to sign. eddie when over the features of the jeep and we were out the door in 40 minutes. Great dealership with very qualified staff! More
