Joel made this purchasing a vehicle in these hard times very easy and simple. I was worried buying a car with most dealerships being strictly online. I was able to talk a fair price for the truck that I wa very easy and simple. I was worried buying a car with most dealerships being strictly online. I was able to talk a fair price for the truck that I wanted. It was even easier when I was allowed to test drive the vehicle once I applied for the financing with no strings attached. All of Novak’s vehicles are extremely good quality. Jeff, the general manager, was also extremely friendly and made me feel making this large purchase. Every part of this experience was worry free and easy. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone in the market for a pre owned vehicle to check them out!! More
