After my daughter and I were involved in a very bad car accident where we were T-boned by an inexperienced young driver which totaled my vehicle, I needed to replace it. While we were fortunate to walk away alive and largely unhurt, I knew that I wanted the same car - a Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk - and was extremely specific about finding one with the same features to replace my car that had literally saved my daughter’s life. My husband found one at Novak Motors! He made the call and James responded immediately and set up an appointment for the same day. James was extremely kind and understanding, even staying an hour after closing to work with our schedule. He facilitated the test drive and helped us navigate the financing process. We threw him a curve ball on the morning of our pick up – a gorgeous Jeep Wrangler Rubicon was in the showroom on the day we saw my Jeep – my daughter and husband both fell head over heels with it. So that morning he called James with the insane plan to purchase BOTH Jeeps! Numbers crunched – deal done! James was amazing to work with as was the finance and management team who had done a great job customizing the interior of the Wrangler. I can’t express how much the experience we had has been absolutely the best​ ever in purchasing a vehicle! From tragedy to joy! Thank you to James and the team at Novak Motors New Jersey! More
