Honored an old commitment I had bought a car in winter, 2014, from this dealership. It was a 2005 Dodge Magnum, and a fantastic car. I put a large amount of money down for a specific car, and aft the processing was done, changed my mind (too long for here). The money was already processed and it was agreed I would choose another car when they had a similar one I wanted. SIXTEEN MONTHS LATER I returned with my paperwork, and found the man I had worked with was no longer there. The nephew, however, still was, and honored the agreement, as unconventional as it turned out to be. He could've very easily fought me on it, and it would've ended up in court. Instead, he was courteous, and gave me a very good deal on the car I wanted, as they have on the previous car I purchased. I read other reviews, and I am kind of amazed at what I read. Do people not realize they are buying a used car? It's GOING to have DINGS & SCRATCHES!! It's supposed to- IT'S USED!! That's why you're getting it for so much less then the person who bought it brand new. They enjoyed the new car smell; the perfect body; the scratch less exterior & the stain-free interior. And they paid over $20,000.00 for the pleasure of it. Because nowadays, there is rarely a vehicle you can drive off a new car lot for less than that. And as soon as you do, it drops 15-25% of what you just paid for it. If you are smart enough to buy used, be smart enough to have reasonable expectations of what that is going to be. They will honor what they say they will- w/in reason- and I have found their definition of "reasonable" to be more than fair to us, the consumer. Diane M. More

They sale junk cars that look good on the lot, but need MAJOR repairs. I bought a BMW X5 that was a complete junk heap. The engine light came on the day after I purchased it cash. I was promised by Ali the issued would be fixed. They kept my truck 1 week and did nothing, then refused to let me return for a refunds. I had to replace the alternator, battery, 2 window regulators, brake light switches, and O2 sensor within 4 weeks after purchasing the vehicle in September 2015. The windshield has a star I didn't see at the time of purchase that turned in to a large crack. The truck could not pass emissions, which caused a major problem and Ali did not send my title until that last day to register the car. The owners promised to make this vehicle right. They did nothing but take my money and leave me with an unreliable piece of junk, which makes them liars and a thieves. More

This dealer is fraudulent and breaks many Virgina laws They are very misleading when it comes to the condition of the vehicles on their lot. I believe it should be considered more of a "JUNKYARD" rather than a car dealership. I just hope everyone who reads this will heed my warnings. I have started a litigation with Fauqier County Courthouse and The Consumer Protection Agency of The Attorney General in Richmond for the State of Virginia. More

The dealership will not do anything about this except the "legwork" of finding a new engine for which they expect us to pay and the labor. I would never recommend this dealer to anyone and would be not be surprised if they end up on the military blacklist after this. More
