Shady sales staff and crappy service dept. Worked with ashley in sales and kris in the service dept. Bought a new highlander here and right after we got it home all the power ports blew a fuse. Took it back and they found some wires that were chewed up and said we must have an animal or rodent problem!!! We have bought here before but that didnt matter at all.took it to my machanic and he said the wires had been that way for a while! We told them that but it didnt matter! They wouldnt make it right. Charged us 375.00 to fix the issue....the service dept. Sucks and all the sales people lie!! Bottom line......after you buy there they could care less about you! STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! More

bad experience p.m. I called and talked to a salesman and the FYI person and I w as told about a vehicle. And that my credit was preapproved . Of time. It was he most unprofessional. Experience. I have ever had in 50 years of being in the car business. Arrogant. Sales manager didn't want to sell me a truck,never offered me another vehicle, never offered to negotiate he price,just seemed uninterested and as if they just wanted to close and go home. At one point they turned the lights off and told me have a safe trip home. I bought a new truck the next day at a much better dealership. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. More
