Went there 3 weeks ago and talked to him and he said they could get my truck in Monday so I had it towed there. They didn’t get it in said it would be a few days then he said next Monday again then said a fe could get my truck in Monday so I had it towed there. They didn’t get it in said it would be a few days then he said next Monday again then said a few days this continued for 3 weeks. EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE! I would call no one would answer would leave a message and they never returned a call. I would have to drive to Chillicothe just to be lied to again! I took it there because my insurance said they were there premier service shop. They were not returning the insurance company’s calls either. I had the truck towed to another service center. More
Had our truck serviced here recently. Paid high dollar for a transmission flush that they put the wrong fluid combo in. When we let them know they offered to give us a jug of transmission fluid to do it ourselves!!!! Can’t get customer service to call you back!! I bought an explorer in October 2021 (after totaling my last explorer). Randomly 3 weeks ago it wouldn’t start & we had it towed to Nourse Chillicothe Ford service department. We were given an appt 9 days last explorer). Randomly 3 weeks ago it wouldn’t start & we had it towed to Nourse Chillicothe Ford service department. We were given an appt 9 days out but were told that they’d get to it sooner since it was towed there. We called the day before our appt, to be told that they don’t know where my car is & I would have to come there to find my car for them (xxx!?!). I take an hour out of my day, to drive into town & find my car for the service department that lost it. I took a picture of their tag in the vehicle & showed it to them. The 20-something gentleman was short & rude with me, took the tag number & said- it would be dealt with on the appt day. I then spoke with the manager to discuss why I am doing their job. He assured me he would get it looked at first thing Monday & call to let us know. I get to pick my car up, 3 weeks without a vehicle for an issue that was covered under warranty, with over a half a tank at drop off. I pick it up with 6 miles left of gas!!!!!!! 6 miles!!!! I filled it up with gas & still shows no gas with check engine light on. No worries as I had to get drenched in rain to return the vehicle to again do their job for them. Another 40 mins later of the mechanic working on the explorer and the 20-something laughing at me for being frustrated with their incompetence and inability to do a simple part of their job, they say my car is fixed. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I would recommend paying extra to have your vehicle towed somewhere they care & value their customers. Do not waste your time or energy with this service center. More
Came in for Oil change, a recall and slow start issue. I came in 15 minutes before the appointment and was told it would be about an hour. Two hours and 13 minutes later I came out of the waiting area to I came in 15 minutes before the appointment and was told it would be about an hour. Two hours and 13 minutes later I came out of the waiting area to ask if there was an update. First excuse was it should be up anytime. Then he looked down at his desk and asked if I was Tom. I said yes. He said oh I have your keys right here your all set. That recall took a while. I asked what about the slow start. He said what do you mean? After some back and forth I found out only the recall was done. I was left in the waiting area with no contact or updates or even upsells. No RO signed so still waiting in service customer lounge for however long this oil change and slow start diagnostic. I don’t know if I’ll be back. Not that it matters to these guys. More

She took all my wants, needs and desires for the new vehicle and found the perfect truck for me. I went to several other area dealerships and not one time was I greated with the hospitality and interests for my wants as I was here. Carrie worked very hard with me to get this deal where I wanted it but not one single time did she ever seem or appear to be pushy. Once the sale was done she took the time to fully introduce me to my new vehicle, to make she I had retrieved all of my personal items from my trade and make sure I was comfortable and confident in my new truck.
