8 time Jeep owner and wanted to add a 23 Grand Cherokee Altitude. Put in an inquiry on a Sunday and received a call from Jason Grintz on Monday morning. I said I was wanting the advertised price and did not want any mandatory dealer add-ons like a lot of dealers do. He sent me a quote and did exactly what he said. Drove from Keller to buy it. Boy did they see us coming…. you know we go in there talking to 2 sells people that we really liked and thought we had a good rapport with. Definitely got suckered in on their “he you know we go in there talking to 2 sells people that we really liked and thought we had a good rapport with. Definitely got suckered in on their “hey we’re here for you kind of xxxxxxxx”. They are not your friends, you need to remember that when going into a dealership. They got $13,000 cash from me on a vehicle marked $61,000, on the contract it stated a little over $74,000 and was told by our salesman that they probably had to move money around to get me approved. Yes I have bad credit and I’m trying to work on that. But I feel they took full advantage of our situation and made more money off the sell than what was put in front of us. I’m not very happy with any of the people at Bonham Chrysler Dodge and I’ll never go back there because I figured out exactly what they did to me! Do your research people, don’t let them buddy you up because it’s fake! They are only there to make money not friends. They in total got $18,000 cash because we trusted them and went back and got my husband a truck an put $5,000 cash on his truck. Don’t trust them, learn how to buy vehicles and make sure you know what you want, what you’re willing to do and don’t let them make a fool of you like they did us! There should be no reason why I’m upside down on my truck but guess what, I found out I was when I went to trade it in on a vehicle that gets better gas mileage. The more I think about it the more I get pissed that I actually let them make a xxxx fool of myself by trusting them. Never again is what I’ve got to say, NEVER! More
