Very disappointed with customer service at this dealership. The General Manager was shady in his dealings and gave very insincere comments throughout the process trying desperately to make you thi dealership. The finance manager was equally as unconcerned with customer satisfaction prioritizing their own personal business over a paying customers when it came time to meet with them. I have bought 5 different vehicles in my life and have never had to review the numbers and contracts so many times to catch erroneous charges and changes in prices/discounts at the last minute like I had in working with them. If there was not such a long wait for new builds as there currently is right now, I would have walked away from the deal after the nonsense they put us through. I still regret giving them my business. There are much better and far more deserving dealerships out there that genuinely care about their customers. More
