Unfortunately I had a horrible experience. This is my fifth brand new car and by far the most expensive. My first service was in February and because I took it on a Saturday I was told that th This is my fifth brand new car and by far the most expensive. My first service was in February and because I took it on a Saturday I was told that there was no car wash available because the was the weekend and that day only did car watches the week. This Tuesday I went for my second service and once again they told me that car wash was unavailable. I asked to speak to a manager and somehow they ended up doing the car wash. And when I received my truck, it was dripping all over and had water all over. I then called the manager and I asked him if that was acceptable to him and luckily he returned the truck back and they ended up drying it up. I believe they just washed the truck to shut me up. At this point I'm really regretting purchasing a car from Toyota. I am wondering if I can take my car to another dealer for future services. More

My only concern about my service was the technology fee, charged when I used my credit card. I was charged $64 to use my card, which has never happened when I've had service done there.
