It’s usually easy to make an appointment but often the appointment doesn’t necessarily mean that your car will come before others. I had to ask her to look on the computer to see what else it needed because I had a feeling there was more . They are still charging 3% if you use a credit card to pay for your service, which is outrageous and often inconvenient.
