I've been coming to Envision Toyota of Norwalk. I was pleasantly surprised. Things appeared cleaner, more tidy. Service was quick. My initial service rep was very nice. I do think she tried to up sell me on things my car was not ready for. The dealership gave me a ride to my residence which was a couple of miles a I do think she tried to up sell me on things my car was not ready for. The dealership gave me a ride to my residence which was a couple of miles away but would not pick me up for the return!!! How is that expected to work. I was also disappointed that a 3% service charge was necessary if I used a credit card. No for warning about that information until checkout. I generally use my debit card as a credit card for security purposes, but had use it as a debit with you. The work done seems fine and I do appreciate that. More
