We are looking at "car dealers," whose relative level of confidence is close to politicians, media, etc. So, compared with all similar organizations, this dealership did OK. We were PISSED when we saw t confidence is close to politicians, media, etc. So, compared with all similar organizations, this dealership did OK. We were PISSED when we saw that, added to the price of the vehicle, were charges for the "wonderful add-ons that the dealer does for the customer." That means that the dealer did NOTHING for us, just charged us for items that we did not want, and did not ask for. This is in addition to the fact that the price quoted during the sale for the vehicle was $4000 more than advertised on the web. I say that there is a lot of deception here. Do you think we would trust these people? The vehicle was not prepared or detailed very well. Shutting a door or tailgate resulted in heavy dirt falling from the vehicle onto the ground. Further checking under the truck (yes, I crawled under) revealed massive amounts of caked-on dirt everywhere under the vehicle. What else? Another irritation for us is the fact that we were not provided with both keys to the vehicle. Why wasn't the 2nd key provided? Who has the key to our truck? Why wasn't the dealer on top of the key thing before offering the vehicle? There were a lot of distractions, but we were focused, only wanting to spend a minimum of our day at a car dealer's, who had plenty of loud music and visual distractions, and did not seem to understand that a day at the auto shop is not our idea of a good day. There was no sense of getting the deal done and getting us on our way. More
