He even prioritized a thorough mechanic inspection over punctuality, ensuring the car was in top shape. A truly trustworthy car buying experience. We did our homework and read through all the reviews and based on my experiences working with Robert I would suppose that the negative reviews are from people who would've been a complaint no matter who they were working with. Owners lack moral standards and conscience in the way they conduct business. Dan told me they missed selling car to another customer but my son was told it was being sent to an auction in Texas. They can't keep their stories straight either. More
Arrived to look at a red 03 500sl said it had a clean car fax---well not any longer the drivers rear quarter panel by the antenea had a large dent and scrapes down the side. We were told a driver on Canyon r fax---well not any longer the drivers rear quarter panel by the antenea had a large dent and scrapes down the side. We were told a driver on Canyon road jumped their fence took out a Crossfire and hit the Mercedes. They still wanted above bluebook for the car.Since the Car Fax was no longer clean. We bought a better car from their compeditor at a way better price. We would not recommed this dealer to anyone. More
If you are looking for an experience of buying a car that will be the worst one imaginable, then this is the place to go. From the first interaction, this salesman was confrontational and insulting. I was am will be the worst one imaginable, then this is the place to go. From the first interaction, this salesman was confrontational and insulting. I was amazed that someone would be so rude to a serious customer and possess no ability to enter into a negotiation; particularly given the nature of the business. In a short period of time, the process was becoming excessively unpleasant and with so many cars available for sale, it made no sense to be subjected to excessively uncivilized behavior. Even after sending a note to tell him why I would not be pursuing the car, I received an additional email a couple of days later; one that was even nastier. In one way, the note was also rather pathetic as it said a great deal about lack of professional character. I would caution anyone who considers this dealership as a place to buy your dream car. More
