Good sales experience. I dealt with other dealers prior to making my final decision with NWH. Main reason for picking NWH was the ease of the sale and they had what I wanted at a fair price. Other dealers played a good game while other dealers developed amnesia regarding price but NWH for the most part was very straight up. No crazy deception games with the numbers (3-Card Monte tactic), good cop bad cop, waiting game (control), etc...that is common with other dealerships. Price was competitive but another dealer offered the same model at a tad lower price but I still went with NWH because I felt comfortable with them. The whole sales experience was pleasant, fair and reasonable. Tim Johnson made the sales experience really nice. Made me feel at ease and showed a genuine interest in customer service and that is why I bought from him. Let's face it. You never "get a deal" when buying a car...but you can get a "fair" deal and great customer service and that's what you want to look for and I found it at NWH/Tim Johnson. More
