My husband and I went car shopping out of necessity due to an accident that totaled my previous vehicle. I had no idea what SUV to purchase. I read that the Jeep Grand Cherokee was rated best SUV in 2010 and 2011. We went to Northwest Hills Dealership because it was the only Jeep dealership we were aware of close to our home. From the moment we entered the parking lot and started to look at the jeeps parked outside, Paul Macbeth was there to help us. He was a trooper and went out in the pouring rain to look at the grand cherokees and to test drive two. He was very accomodating and agreed to meet with us the next Saturday to look again. Paul provided answers to my questions about the vehicle and the tech stuff inside readily. If he did not know the answer he called someone who did and reported to us quickly. We were supposed to have a hitch added to the car we chose and this was not done the day we purchased the jeep. He quickly arranged with the service dept. to have the hitch put on the next convenient day for me. He also arranged for a loaner car for me to use while the work was being performed. Each person we dealt with at Northwest Hills was polite, friendly and helpful from Paul, our salesman, to the finance supervisor and the actual finance officer the day of the purchase. We are thrilled with our new 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee and Paul and Northwest Hills Dealership made a difficult and stressful situation of unexpectedly buying and financing a new car as pleasant and easy as possible. I found my vehicle online and felt the price was very good as I had been researching this purchase for some time. I sent an inquiry and Jeff answered me immediately. He made the process very easy. Over the past couple weeks I went car shopping, and visited about 8 dealers in that time. I looked at Nissan, Subaru, Jeep, and Ford for an AWD CUV, that would fit our needs, budget, and features list visited about 8 dealers in that time. Even went to a couple similar dealers for the same brand, i.e. Ford or Nissan; but didn't feel that I needed to drive out of my way after stopping at my local Jeep dealer (Northwest Hills) the first sales person that greeted me was Paul, very personal able but not pushy (ok he is in sales and asked for the sale a couple times but I expected that). The price they offered me was decent but didn't stop me from looking at the other brands I wanted to drive before picking. After I narrowed it down to a Nissan model and a Jeep model I emailed Paul back and his sales partner worked up a great deal - I was going to wait till end of November but the deal was that good! Took delivery a couple days later! I had to contact Paul via email on a question I had post sale - I was pleasantly surprised that he answer my email the same day with a favorable outcome no less! I couldn't ask for more to be honest great place and team! More
