Northwest Hills Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram

Purchased a brand new 2013 Dodge Charger the week of 04/15. Jeff C was great to deal with during the sale of the new car, but the issue I have was when we were told by Jeff C that we could receive $500 04/15. Jeff C was great to deal with during the sale of the new car, but the issue I have was when we were told by Jeff C that we could receive $500 for our 2001 Dodge Caravan. We were told by Jeff that we could bring the Dodge Caravan in at any time to receive the $500. We contacted Northwest Hills today, 04/22 to bring the Dodge Caravan in to receive the $500. We were told by Neil that we were misinformed and that they would need to assess the vehicle before any price is given. I'm confused because wouldn't they drive and test the vehicle the day it was there when we purchased the new 2013 Dodge Charger, before offering us $500 for it? I don't know what type of sales gimmicks this dealership uses but we will be taking our business else where for any future purchases as well as service. I came in with a very specific request - 2013 Ram 1500 Quadcab 4x4 Bighorn Hills Ram/Dodge/Jeep dealership. Jeff Cormier is excellent to work with. I came in with a very specific request - 2013 Ram 1500 Quadcab 4x4 Bighorn with many options and a very specific color (Maximum Steel). I usually special order my vehicle and wait 6-8 weeks to get it in. I came in on a Saturday and placed a deposit on my Ram and Jeff located me a truck with my requested options and in the color I wanted (Maximum Steel). I picked it up the following Thursday; I was impressed at how quickly Jeff was able to put me in my new truck! I am very satisfied with the experience that I had at Northwest Hills Jeep. We were met by a very friendly and knowledgeable sales representative, Bill Reudgen, upon our arrival. Bill was able to navigate all the technology within the vehicle with competence and was clearly very knowledgeable regarding all aspects of the vehicle. We test drove four models of the Cherokee and at no time felt pressure to purchase a vehicle. We were very satisfied with the Jeep products and decided to purchase a 2014 Grand Cherokee. We were also planning on looking at a local Ford and Subaru dealership as well, but based on the vehicles performance, safety evaluations, the dealership (especially Bill), we purchased the vehicle right then. The transaction could not have been easier. It is evident that Northwest Hills Jeep is a customer friendly organization where the sales associates are very knowledgeable of their products. There was no pressure and when the decision was made to purchase the vehicle, the transaction was painless. I recommend this dealership and thank Bill for his assistance. Bill was attentive to my requirements and quickly found me the vehicle I wanted, at a fair price, and had it available for pick up as agreed.
