Northway Toyota

I've taken my vehicle to northway Toyota for the more expensive service at specified intervals. Service adequate, but costly while under warranty. Once warranty was complete, service diminished drastically. I recently spent $1,000.00 on repairs that did not correct issues I asked about, with one issue completely ignored. Next major problem just occurred. Clerks at desk very rude, the response from the mechanic did not assist issue, only provided a diagnostic, one I had already. Toyota charged me $45.00 for a diagnostic that I knew. I disputed this payment and was approached rudely by all assosicates. The two different service desk clerks had amazingly poor attitudes, both were not helpful, both argued rather than try to resolve my issue. After spending $1,000.00 for service, I would expect better service, and friendly polite desk service. I received neither and my vehicle continues to have difficulty. I won't be back - I'll find another mechanic. More
