Jennifer was friendly on the phone, taking pertinent information to help streamline the buying process. She was also patient in giving me directions. He showed genuine interest in selling me a vehicle without being pushy and that "sealed the deal" for me. Louis was also informative without being pushy. Louis also readily provided the little help that I needed with financing. The car was ready when promised and I have found no manufacturer's defects (as of yet, anyway). I had narrowed my choices to Toyota and Chevrolet. (Prior to this purchase I had only owned Chevys.) I chose Toyota because I felt I received more value for my money. More

This is my second Toyota purchased at Northway Toyota and I am more than satisfied with the sales staff and service department. Sales rep was very friendly, accomodating and not at all "pushy". Service was quick as I was able to get my car in less than 12 hours. Received a good price on my trade in. From start to finish we could not have asked or wished for a more positive experience in purchasing and servicing our car than we have had at Northway Toyota. This dealership would serve well as a model for other dealerships. We were treated professionally and enthusiastically in all aspects of our relationship at Northway, an unusual experience in many of todays business interactions. Aside from our own exprience at Northway Toyota, I have watched and listened to other customers while at the dealership and was pleasantly surprised to find that each one was treated the same excellent way we were. The dealership was misleading and made several mistakes during the buying process. Not only did they lie about the quality/certification of the vehicle, they could not fulfill the warranty contract they pr during the buying process. Not only did they lie about the quality/certification of the vehicle, they could not fulfill the warranty contract they promised in writing. During negotiations to settle the warranty discrepancy, they refused to put anything they offered in writing or to cover the differences between the warranty we agreed to in the contract and the "comparable" one. I am a Toyota fan, and would recommend to anyone to buy a Toyota, but please save yourself the hassle, time, and money and do not shop at Northway Toyota. More
I've taken my vehicle to Northway Toyota for more expensive recommended service at specificed intervals. Service had been adequate, but costly under warranty. Once warranty was complete, service diminished drastically. Two months ago, I spent $1,000.00 on repairs that did not correct issues I asked about and one issue was completely ignored. A major problem just occurred and and clerks at service desk were very rude and response from the mechanic did not assist issue, only provided a diagnostic, one I had already. Toyota charged $45.00 for a diagnostic that I knew. I disputed this payment and was approached rudely by all associates. The two different clerks had amazingly poor attitudes, both not helpful, both argued rather than resolve the issue. After spending $1,000.00, I would have expected better customer approach, and friendly polite desk service, I received neither and my vehicle continues to have difficulty. I won't be back, untrustworthy, and breached the simplest of business ethics, I'll find another mechanic. More
