horrible customer service at this dealership. First htey calculated by sales tax incorrectly and had to have be resign a contract one month into my lease saying that they didn't know about the rules of regi calculated by sales tax incorrectly and had to have be resign a contract one month into my lease saying that they didn't know about the rules of registeringa car in Pennsylvania since they have only sold card to ppl in New york. Second they did not have my husband's name added ot the lease so my payments were being made to a different account instead of the new contract that had his name on it. Third, three months into my lease they still never mailed my permanent license plates! I have been driving with expired plates for over two weeks and have still not recieved them even though the expense of registration and plates etc were paid at the time I signed the contract. I have tried to call the employees multiple times and left messages and have not recieved any response, not even a courtesy call to let me know where they are with processing all this. Also the employee Angel had the audacity to tell me that this is "nobody fault" regarding calculating the sales tax incorrectly and having the car registered in PA. Instead of accepting that this was a mistake of the dealership and it was made clear to them that my permanent address is in PA and the car was to be registered in this state, this is the pathetic response I get from customer service. I have lost my patience with this dealership and will recommend nobody to do business with them. Once you sign something they will not give you the time of day and bother follwing up with you at all. Everybody at Northway has treated us great since our first purchase 6 years ago. There is none of the endless xx other dealers put you through. I found the salesperson to be polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. I gave a rating of "3" for price because: (1) Northway has sold, and currently have listings for, similar vehicles at a lower price (I'm not helpful. I gave a rating of "3" for price because: (1) Northway has sold, and currently have listings for, similar vehicles at a lower price (I'm not referring to 2 wheel drive vehicles); and (2) Other dealerships would have sold the vehicle at a lower price but they were out of them. New tires they put on car don't have hazard protection and no such warranty was offered to me when I purchased the vehicle. There is a nick in the right front tire and it is losing air. I think that Northway Toyota is a great dealership. Greg is a terrific guy and was direct and to the point. As a woman going into the dealership alone I felt very comfortable.
