I was referred to Jimmy by my brother's girlfriend and decided to stop in on black friday. I had stopped at Lia Toyota before my visit to Northway Toyota, and the old saying you pay for what you get rings true. I was treated like a chunk of meat at Lia Toyota. Then I went to Northway Toyota feeling not that great about car shopping when I was welcomed by Kevin. What a great experience, Kevin took interest in finding me the right Prius and anwsered all my questions. I was treated like a life long customer and friend. I was given a great deal and will be returning for my next Highlander purchase. Adam the manager also helped get to my target price and even offered to detail my new prius anytime I was in the area!
