He was knowledgeable and informative about all of the features of the Prius which was great since this was our first time in one. During the drive he pointed out different options that the vehicle was equipped with and showed us how to operate them all. He was very comfortable to deal with when the inevitable number crunching began as well. After a few go arounds we arrived at a mutually acceptable number and signed the paperwork. About a week after buying the car I stopped in for a broken windshield wiper and it was replaced promptly with no questions asked and no charge. I would highly recommend this dealership and, as this is our first Toyota, if things work out well with this one we'll be back for another in a few years. More
