Buying the vehicle without actually 'seeing' it first-hand made me a little nervous. Rebecca went the extra mile and took many photos detailing the vehicle, including what she perceived to be faults that I would want to see. Any questions I had were quickly answered and she made the whole experience 'painless'. When it came time to pick up the vehicle, I had a six hour drive (in a winter storm) ahead of me. Knowing that I was travelling a fair distance to get to the dealership, Rebecca had even checked the weather forecast in the areas I would be travelling through. THAT is the personal touch that is missing in so many dealerships these days! Rebecca even arranged to have the wipers replaced for me due to the storm I would be returning through! I wouldn't hesitate a second to buy another vehicle from Rebecca Taylor! She removed a lot of my worries in buying as vehicle 'on-line'. More

Avoid Northway Toyota's Body Shop at all costs. Not honest. Not on time (a month late). Damaged the car while in their care. Just about anywhere else would be better. Well we would like to help you make that decision easier. If you are like us we are sure you want to stay away from salesmen's attitudes and high pressure tactics who treat you like you’re wasting their time or their doing you a big favor! That is farthest from the truth at Northway Toyota and the gentlemen listed above who treated us like royalty. From the moment we walked in the door all the way through the process until I collected my car a week later, just yesterday, after only 15-20 mins!! And drove home in a new Toyota, Courteous, knowledgeable, attentive, hassle-free personnel well trained in listening to the customers desires and making them happen. I was not expecting to leave that day with a brand new car to call my own. The reason being is that I'm a reason college grad and my credit is non existing.( surprisingly I don't have bad credit it's just that I don't have a credit history)... You can tell that Kermit was listening to us because we stated that I'm a grad student and I'm looking for a very reliable car with low monthly payments. As soon as he heard that he indicated to us that Toyota has a special program for college grads. With my non existing credit I automatically became a tier 1 creditor (how awesome is that)… I got my car and I’m very happy with it?. Thanks to the PROFESSIONALS at Northway Toyota Latham NY.
