Before going to the Northway Toyota Dealer in Latham, NY I began my car buying search at Lia Toyota in Colonie, NY. I have purchaed my last two cars from the Lia group (Nissans), so I deceided to go to the I began my car buying search at Lia Toyota in Colonie, NY. I have purchaed my last two cars from the Lia group (Nissans), so I deceided to go to the Lia Toyota as I was looking for a hybid car, and wanted a Prius 2010 at 0% financing. They dragged this out for 3.5 weeks, sold me 2 different cars, caught them in lies, and then they tried to upsell me because the only 2010 they could find was on their lot and was $30,000 instead of $24,000. I couldnt beleive after all this, they wanted me to spend more money with them and now I had my car rental for 26 days at a cost of $377(with insurance paying a large portion). I walked away and went to the Northway Toyota Dealer. Bill and everyone at the Northway Toyota were very professional, offered coffee... Bill was very straight forward and gave me a good price on the car (when according to Lia, no one was giving any discounts on Pruises because of what happened in Japan, and the high gas prices. Which I can believe) Bill and the dealership didnt have to give me a discount, but he heard my story and wanted to put me in a prius qickly. I walked out of Northway Toyota after 4 hrs with my new pruis and was happy to spend the extra money. Bill showed me everything in the car, explained all the warrenty and toyota car information, he ever set up my bluetooth, loaded my phone numbers, entered my home address...I was very happy. More
