My daughter was in a car accident, which resulted in significant damage to our 2006 Corolla. We had several issues with our insurance company, but Travis worked with us to ease the process. When he was not there, his associate jumped in and moved things along. We were supposed to hear back from our insurance company, but did not. Instead, the Northway Toyota body shop employees kept us informed as to what was going on, from the point we were awaiting our car to be towed, to the point that additional work was required, as well as when the car was ready. I have purchasd 4 vehicles from this dealer,had previous body work done there and it is highly unlikely I would go anywhere else. More

Looking for a low mileage certified preowned Corolla, I Looking for a low mileage certified preowned Corolla, I called Mark(he had helped my daughter a few months earlier but she decided she was not read Looking for a low mileage certified preowned Corolla, I called Mark(he had helped my daughter a few months earlier but she decided she was not ready to purchase), to see what was available.This is our 4th Northway Toyota purchase, but first preowned. This car is for me and I am passing my 2003 Corolla on to my son and daughter. A little sad to say goodbye to the 1999 Corolla but Mark made everything very simple. Took less than an hour to buy the car and drove away 3 days later. We also own a Sienna, still going strong at over 100,000 miles. We have NEVER had any problem with any of out Toyotas or with Northway Toyota. Service department is excellent! We will be back for another...but not sure when... they have very long lives! More

I have recommended this dealership to many who are now customers of this dealership. Greg Finin is an incredible manager. He understands what is important to the customer. He always goes above and beyond the call of duty. The entire team at Northway is customer oriented. They are knowledgable, professional and extremely credible. I would never buy a car from any other dealership. I am a very satisfied customer and I love my Toyota! I only wish that you had a higher rating other than 'great' as I think this dealership and the people who work at it are outstanding and superior in what they do. More
I'm one of those customers who spends months researching her purchase (every sales person's nightmare?) - so I was as thorough in checking out my prospective "rescue puppy" - and even though Janine was relu her purchase (every sales person's nightmare?) - so I was as thorough in checking out my prospective "rescue puppy" - and even though Janine was reluctant to show me the beast before cleaning, she understood that I would be able to look through the wear, and see a genuinely excellent vehicle. She was patient, true, and knowledgeable, and clearly respected in the salesroom. Jimmy offered a hand on several occasions, and folks in the service department gladly answered my questions. I am very happy with my beautiful Sienna, and would go to Northway first for my next purchase (in fact, I have recommended it to three serious shoppers in the last month.) Thank you. Linda More
Having purchased cars going on 40 years now I have never found a dealership who was more easy to deal with. This dealership goes above and beyond for their customers and what really amazed me is that they found a dealership who was more easy to deal with. This dealership goes above and beyond for their customers and what really amazed me is that they continued to value your business even after the sale which we all know is seldom the case with car dealerships. From the sale of the vehicle to the service department I had the feeling that I was more than a number to this company. I had shopped at Leah Toyota and got the typical runaround, asked for deposit etc and ended up with such a bad experience I almost gave up buying a car. My final stop was at Northway and thank god I went there, I felt that I got the best deal but more import to me was being treated as a valued buyer. Even the manager Jimmy came over to me after the sale and welcomed me to the dealership. A year later Jimmy and my sales person Matt still know my name. I challenge you to go to the dealership where you purchased your last vehicle and see if your sales person or anyone in the dealership remembers you! During a recent service I was greeted with a friendly welcome and my needs were met with a quick and cordial attitude. Service was fast and exceeded my expectations. My suggestion to you when looking for a new or used vehicle go to the other dealers first, dont sign an agreement and then go to Northway Toyota, you will recognize the difference between a Dealership that just wants your money and a dealership that wants a lifetime customer!! I had planned on shopping around at several dealerships for a new truck.Had been priceing several diffrent makes and models on the internet.I lucked out that the first dealership I went to was Northway Toy for a new truck.Had been priceing several diffrent makes and models on the internet.I lucked out that the first dealership I went to was Northway Toyota.Truefully it was more your salesman(daved Russell) that won me over.He did not pressure me at all.Instead he found a truck that was not exactley what I was looking for but ended up being perfect for me.I have already recomended Northway and Daved Russell to my friend and sister.My tacoma is my first Toyota and so far has been great.I look forward to working with you in the future.
