She explained that there was a Demo9 Modle of the Last 2010 Corolla LE in stock. I inquired of its condition and was satisfied with the information she relayed to me. The Salesman was John O'Connor. It was my first time meeting him and I would recommend him to anyone doing business with Northway. He answered every question I had (and there were a lot as I Never have purchased a Demo before) I was in a test drive within the first 15 min. after speaking with John. The rest is History. I had looked at the RAV4 online and in the dealer parking lot. I called Mr. Evers and told him what I wanted and how much I would pay. He said he would call me right back and did. He asked that, if he told me they could come close to my price, would I come in to meet him, and I agreed. When I got there, I met with him, went for a test drive and told him I wanted the vehicle. The person who approves the deal approved it for the amount I had originally offered. It was a good price, according to everything I had seen online. The whole process was very short. I didn't have a trade-in, so there were no delays with that. I signed the paperwork, met with the financial person about a loan, and picked up my new vehicle the next day. Even that went smoothly and took less time than I expected. It was a very good experience overall. I have purchased 5 new cars in the past, and this was one of the best experiences, if not the best. Being female, I find that a car buying experience is not always pleasant. Maybe it's me, but many dealers and salespeople treat me like I am stupid and know nothing about cars. Especially buying a car by myself, I usually feel uneasy about the process. This was not the case with this salesperson. I knew what I wanted and stated it up front.
