Don't buy a car here. They don't keep their word and will lie to close deals. Scott in particular has lied straight to my face. If they say they guarantee a car will pass inspection, that's a lie and when it doesn't they will give you the run around until you go away. I now have to get a lawyer involved. Terrible experience with this dealership and this "salesperson". More

They sold me a cargo van that they had to know had issues and when I had to bring it back to get those issues repaired (transmission and rear axle) they should’ve offered me a loaner vehicle. The repairs too and when I had to bring it back to get those issues repaired (transmission and rear axle) they should’ve offered me a loaner vehicle. The repairs took almost a month and being self employed I lost out on a few jobs and revenue. I’m not very satisfied with Northway Automotive. I won’t go back or recommend them to anyone. More

They for some reason chose to resurface the brake rotors on a sports car and didn't adjust pricing when a pre-purchase inspection turned up some potential (although minor) issues and only received one key fob. An overall very OK experience, nothing special and definitely room for improvements. More
