Staff does not return phone call once vehicle is purchased Immediately after purchase noticed Heat in Car was not working . After driving 1 hour and 1/2 to reach dealership had to leave dealership without car Immediately after purchase noticed Heat in Car was not working . After driving 1 hour and 1/2 to reach dealership had to leave dealership without car so that they can fix. After picking up vehicle 2 days later , got home (1hr1/2)and realized that driver side door lock did not lock manually or with car alarm . Contacted dealership on 3 different occasions and still till this day no response ! They got their money and that's all they care about !!! They also did an awful job with cleaning vehicle ! More

Dealing with Paul was a pleasure throughout, warm and friendly - and professional. He gave me a great price and we arranged financing, it was all very helpful. But then, since I don't know much, I took it to my own garage for a look - it made my day. On every item they top-rated the car. The report was perfect. One of the mechanics even said it was a steal, and everyone thought it was a great deal. I've been going to this garage for years and their word is like gold. My impression from the test drive was that the car felt right, and Paul said that's what they aim for: a good match between car and buyer. They really succeed. I love the car and the experience was top drawer, they rate all the good words spoken about them. My only regret is that everyone said the car would last forever, it limits the number of times that I can come back. But not the number of times I will be recommending Northway, they're the best. Since we are local to Lake Hopatcong we looked at Northway Auto's website and found a few cars that piqued our interest. We went there and all of the cars were in great condition. Not just the cars we looked at but all of their vehicles! I fell in love with the civic we bought and it was such a great buying experience. Paul was a great salesman! Very straight forward and very helpful especially with the financing. Jerry was great in helping with paperwork and even though Chris didn't really have anything to do with our sale, he was extremely helpful with the questions I had when Paul was occupied with other customers. The same day I purchased my car, I brought my sister in law who was also looking for a new car and she is buying from them as well.
